Shipping policy

General:
Same-day shipment for items ordered Monday through Friday by 2pm EST (holidays excluded). Delivers in 2 to 5 business days. If you place an order after 2 p.m. on a Friday, it may not be fulfilled until the following Monday. Due to our automated system, orders are automatically submitted to our distribution warehouse in the state of Indiana as soon as they are submitted online. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times and does not refund shipping costs.

USPS and DHL Shipping:
Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information so that you can view the status of your order. Please note the following DHL delivery requirements: A signature is NOT required for residential deliveries. A signature IS required for deliveries to apartment complexes and commercial addresses (they cannot leave your package without a signature or they will become liable). USPS will leave packages at apartment complexes and most commercial addresses.

Shipping Internationally:
Canada orders are usually shipped by USPS International or DHL Express. The cost of shipping may vary. You will be able to view the cost before you submit your final order. Other VAT/customs/duties costs may apply unless otherwise noted in the cost description. Please note that we are obligated by law to declare the proper value on all shipments. We deliver to all other countries except Japan and China exclusively through DHL. Please allow 7-21 business days for delivery through USPS. DHL Express Worldwide orders are usually delivered to most international locations within 5 days. Your order may take longer if it gets stuck in customs.

Shipping to an APO Address:
By utilizing USPS Mail Innovations, we are able to offer shipping to military addresses. Please allow 14-21 business days for delivery.
